On June 21, 2018 the Department of Labor certified the third approval to another PERM labor certification we filed for our client.
This labor certification application was filed by a company for the position of human resource specialist. This case was filed on March 5, 2018 and approved outright without being audited by the Department of Labor.
Since April and May of 2008, the Department of Labor has heightened the frequency of auditing labor certification cases.
